About Linda
I’m Linda Atkins. I became a certified coach and personal trainer in 2014. I opened Reboot Coaching VT in 2015. Since then it has been an honor to help people who are ready and willing to make positive changes in their lives. Over the years, I have worked with a great group of “Rebooters” of all ages and abilities. Many of my clients have been with me since the very beginning and continue to make progress in building strength and endurance and meeting their goals.
I offer customized sessions based on each client’s needs. I especially love introducing people to the benefits of strength training. Sessions often include kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, and MMA style workouts.
Before achieving my dream of opening a personal training studio, I began my career with an eight-year stint in the Navy where I was a diesel mechanic and a welder. Following my time in the military, I’ve worked in the trades, in jobs primarily filled by men. I’ve been a welder, a pipe fitter, a plumber and, for the past 11 years an HVAC technician. During this time I’ve inspired women to be successful in the trades through my work as a mentor and teacher with Step Up for Women, Women Can Do and Rosie’s Girls.
I’ve been in recovery for 33 years and during that time I’ve had the privilege of helping many men and women make positive changes in their lives. In recent years I’ve experienced and overcome several health challenges with the help of ongoing strength training.
Together, we can change your life!
